Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the class start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class start time are non-refundable but may be transferred to another class date.
- 48+ hours notice: full refund
- Less than 48 hours: transfer to another date (no refund)
- No-shows forfeit registration fee
Virtual Class Terms
Our virtual classes are live sessions conducted via Google Meet. Students must be present and attentive for the full duration of the class. After one warning, students who are disruptive or not paying attention may be asked to leave without a refund.

- Camera on is required
- One warning given before removal
- No refund if removed from class
Certificates & Reporting
Certificates of completion are provided at the end of each class. For license renewal courses, we report completion to the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) within the required timeframe.
